Default Would current Endeavour pilots actually.....

try and sabotage the career prospects of EtD pilots by trying to flunk them on checkrides and linechecks? or writing them up for frivolous infractions just so they would have some negative items on their employment record to try and disqualify them from flowing to Delta?

I doubt our pilot group would do that to someone's career.

Why would they? Every single current Endeavor pilot will be senior to every single new hire Endeavor pilot assuming the current pilot can pass the SSP interview.

Don't underestimate the jealousy and envy of a forlorn regional lifer captain who sees a constant stream of copilots leaving for the dream job that he thinks should be his.

As a check airman I would say that many of my fellow cka would not discriminate against any pilot. The world is bigger then this airline. New hire pilots deserve more, then to be crapped on by a pilot group, they instead need to be educated. As in history...you need to learn from your past so your past doesn't repeat itself in the future the next group of regional pilots will hopefully not have to deal with the BS that we have dealt with!

I cant imagine anyone doing that to someone else. I most certainly would not. This problem is not the fault of any new hire pilot. The vast majority of pilots here are stand-up individuals with a few exceptions of course.
