Can you fog a window? Do you have a pulse? Do you live on one of the 9 planets?
Good, when can you start?
I would say apply everywhere & see what happens. All they can do is say no...or maybe yes. Aim high!

I know of someone with two recently hired at Mesa, he had been fired from every flying job he's had including another regional. I wouldn't rule anything out at this point.
GoJet might be another one to look at. I don't know of their stance on DUI's but apparently they can care less about checkride failures and 709's. 5 primary failures and one 709 is the highest I've heard of over there.

PilotJ1. do you have your medical back yet? If you don't then you may decide otherwise when you find out what it may cost you to get it back. I fly with a guy who was in a similar circumstance as you. He went in under Employee Assistance after his second (one was not in a car or an airplane)After the proper amount of time of proven sobriety had passed. (Over 2 years) He had to undergo cognitive skills testing with a Doctor and lots and lots of physical testing. He had to pay many thousands of dollars out of pocket for this testing. After several months had passed he was finally able to receive a medical again. I think he was out of work for over 3 years? He is subject to random testing at a much higher rate than others as part of his deal. Not an easy path to travel on.
