GoJet might be another one to look at. I don't know of their stance on DUI's but apparently they can care less about checkride failures and 709's. 5 primary failures and one 709 is the highest I've heard of over there.
Sorry Dude I am throwing the Bull**** flag on this one! You know this guy? Fired from EVERY flying job and TWO DUI's? AND he has his medical back already?

PilotJ1. do you have your medical back yet? If you don't then you may decide otherwise when you find out what it may cost you to get it back. I fly with a guy who was in a similar circumstance as you. He went in under Employee Assistance after his second (one was not in a car or an airplane)After the proper amount of time of proven sobriety had passed. (Over 2 years) He had to undergo cognitive skills testing with a Doctor and lots and lots of physical testing. He had to pay many thousands of dollars out of pocket for this testing. After several months had passed he was finally able to receive a medical again. I think he was out of work for over 3 years? He is subject to random testing at a much higher rate than others as part of his deal. Not an easy path to travel on.

Yes.

I don't know how closely you've been following things, but low-end regionals are just emailing people with class dates, maybe a phone call or skype sesh at the most but they're hurtin' fo certain.

Do you have a medical man? I think that would be your biggest hurdle.

I wouldn't even try. And it's not that you don't have a very slim shot, it's honestly that I wouldn't want you to ever be in control of an airplane when there is a extremely minuscule chance that someone in my family could be on your aircraft. I know it's harsh, but 3 times....figure it out.

If you have a medical and ATP requirements, then you have a shot.

Throw the apps around and see what comes back.
