Prepare yourself for 500 subjective views and opinions; followed by a closing of this thread by Vagabond

Just my guess.

Your question doesn't have any chance to be validated with facts, just assumptions

I turned down an offer from Piedmont last year specifically because of their training department.

I sought out a job at Mesa specifically because of their training department.

I think I made the right call.

SKW is well known to have a very low fail rate...you're much more likely to fail the interview than the training...and fortunately interviews are not PRIA reportable events (yet).

There is the question you should be asking. Which training dept has the lowest failure rate.

Mesa has an excellent training department, they are thorough and will spend the time to help a candidate out as long as the person is trying to succeed. They can't "turn anybody into an airline pilot", that's BS, but they can help those with the aptitude, attitude and skills succeed in their bid to become FOs in their jets, responsible for safely operating aircraft with 70+ lives aboard.

Their failure rate is quite low considering those they're hiring and I know 2 guys there on the line who wouldn't have a snow balls chance in hell at passing anywhere else.
