Management has no penalty for operating outside of the scope limitations, other than ALPA fighting it. Well, ALPA doesn't fight it so.........

Trust me, if Delta thinks they can make money with more than 125 50 seaters, there will be more than 125 50 seaters. This is a moot point anyway, since until they take the additional 30 76 seat planes, they are allowed more 50 seaters.
