I suggest taking to Facebook or Twitter. They can just delete (or not read) your email without anyone else knowing. They've already been called out for deleting 1 post on their FB page... granted it included profanity.

Cool, turns out there was a reason I kept doing my paper logbooks as a back up.....Win. Guess I'll just not update my current version.

They've never support their previous software version! So you pay for a product only to discover there is a bug in it and they don't fix it. You have to buy new software!

Charge for new features with new software, but at least support your old software so they work. No warranty with logten pro.
I think that was the reason behind moving to a subscription, that is what the blog says. Fight and scream all you want though, this is the model Apple has forced on developers and the way all software is moving. Anyone even remotely involved in software development understands this. MCC even charges a fee unless you get their lifetime deal and that is only good until the revenue dries up or they decide to call it quits.

I've never had problems with Coradine and LogTen. Support has always been very responsive via email, they even helped me integrate an old excel logbook into my logten logbook. The iOS version has always worked pretty well for me.

My only issue with them is that they require a Mac for the schedule importer. My MBP died a few years back so I haven't been able to upload my sabre crew cards. I emailed Coradine back in 2012 and asked if they were adding a schedule importer for iOS and they said it was definitely a priority for features to add. Guess not.

I tried the iOS version of MCCpilotlog today and the app kept crashing. It might have been an iOS8 issue?

I'm the last person that likes to pay recurring software fees but on the couple of occasions I've needed support Coradine was right there. I have found the product to work perfectly for me. Personally, I can understand why so many people are unhappy about their change. Vote with your wallet. That sends the strongest message of all.

Does anyone know where the iOS only people stand. I have never paid a fee since the original 80 bucks about 4 years ago. I refuse to update until I get clarification. It seems the new version that is subscription is for Mac only not IOS. Since I have to send my reports through their website to my email to print my logs, I guess I won't be able to do this after the end of the month. Anyone else in this debacle?

Take a look at FltCrew-ilog. Can import your trips then export files to say Logbook Pro.

$19.99

Developer is a UAL pilot.
