So what happens if twenty years (if not before then) from now I have (20yrs X $69.99) invested and these guys at Coradine decide to fold up shop and shutter down/pull the plug??
I guess thats a concern with any type of electronic software or subscription. The only true $30 lifetime investment is my Paper logbook.

What's wrong with the little red log books? They were like $8 a piece and lasted all year. You could always just make a spreadsheet. You could always go the major airline pilot route. Stop logging time all together. I don't recommend this way until you decided you are never applying for another flying job.

i just wait until the end of the month and sync up with sched-.
The only bad part is entering the old paper logs from day one. There is just no good way to do it that doesn't involve copius amounts of keyboard time or paying someone else to do it. I've heard there is a company that will digitize your logbook page photo's but haven't see any results of that.

The mobile application for iPad and iPhone is not the same as the LogTenPro for the Mac.
A lot of people don't have a Mac and just buy the mobile app for their Apple iOS device. I know the Mac Log10Pro was like $99 by itself and you had to buy the mobile apps separately. It was like $40 for 1 iOS device and more for multiple iOS devices.
You should be able to use it still. It will just go unsupported soon and it will become a glorified spreadsheet. I am concerned with the wifi sync and if that will remain since I assume it requires some sort of support. Without the sync, its useless to me. The whole draw of LBP10 is being able to input my times on the phone and have them sync with the Mac
