We certainly had our bad apples but you are making a wildly incorrect generalization. Let me guess, you "quit during training too?"

People don't go to PDT because they want to, they go because they have to.[/QUOTE]
Wrong!!
I had offers from PDT, PSA, XJT, EGL, G7, RAH, and ZW.
PDT had the best combo of INITIAL pay, contract work rules, commuting priority, etc. etc...
No regrets at all...y'all hate too much. The training dept. Is what it is...here is a thought..study! They are already recruiting new instructors for the increase in training with the 145s...there isn't time for bs anymore.

Living don't waste your time. Look at what they type and then you'll understand what kind of person you're dealing with. Those are the types we don't want here anyway.

And I already have a Transport Type which I took for giggles in 2 weeks.

True story. Not all at once, but they all came courting...I have a heavy backgroud in training, that prob helped. I was just not willing to move or make 23 an hour, so PDT was the best choice for me. Commuting is way easier when you have good boarding priority, and work rules here are decent. I was sold, and I'm enjoying it....

The ground school is a easy. The sim instructors are the problem. Maybe by the time you get to the sim, the instructors will have had standardization training, but not likely. Keep drinking the "Piedmont Kool-Aid" and dreaming of the E145s that will surprisingly never show up and you will do well at PDT. Also, do you really think anyone is going to believe you had a JOB offer from that list of airlines you stated? Even a con-man wouldn't put that much BS out. C'mon man!
Any how, wish ya luck at PDT. Oh, have nice stay at the Comfort Inn while in training....it's a real gem!
