Also, you don't know what a pyramid scheme is if you're calling TSA a pyramid scheme. I'm guessing you also think they are scabs.
Psa for sure is reaching a pyramid scheme, tsa with all these planes in the same. When the prospect of no quick left seat becomes real the music stops and things move backwards. Never said anything bad about tsa Pilots. Envoy pilots aren't the most expensive.

Its a pretty good time to get in on the ground floor at TSA.
The problem with TsA is that all those airplanes are 50seaters, they will be parked eventually as United and AA gets more 76seaters on the market.

So keeping in the realm of the original post, I'm curious about RAH vs the others. I don't see anything on here other than they suck.
I get that the majority are on here just to bash and talk smack about all of these regionals, but seriously there has to be something good about each one.

Do all of these have training contracts? Signing bonuses are becoming popular it seams. Cancellation pay? time on reserve until able to hold a line#?

I get it, the two best airlines are the one your just got hired for and the one you just left. Some of you will never be satisfied. I've was an MEC years ago and can tell you from experience, you can NEVER please everyone.

every airline on here will have someone who praises them and what seems a bunch of people who just want to see that company burn to the ground. its a regional, if you wanna work there and have your reasons to do it, go for it, its your life, dont let someone on the internet control you....as many people who bashed gojet over the years, there will be people who love them, same goes for skywest. if you are planning on going to mainline, just go where YOU wanna go, get your hours and apply, it really doesnt matter what regional you pick

I agree, that being said, there are still alot of questions to be answered about each of them. The Airline Profiles aren't always updated and there are enough people on here that have the basic info that could help sway a new guy/gal to one airline vs another.

seems before that can happen the usual "nahhh bro, screw XXXXX airlines, the commute from LAX to *insert east coast domicile is inhuman to us pilots and its horrible how they treat me"

RAH is in a class by itself as far as how bad things are. Imagine not being paid for cancellations for things out of your control such as weather and maintenance. You might be thinking "I don't want to work for free" but it goes much deeper than that. If you have a family of 4 on your health insurance, you could end up owing money to RAH every two weeks instead of getting a paycheck. Imagine, a zero dollar paycheck.

Somebody always complains about how their grass is not as green and how hard it is to live with their choices.

There's plenty of options for anyone wanting to change carriers.

It was a generic comment, not personal.

I didn't go there either, but the things you describe jive with the info at the intake interview.
