Is that expected to continue throughout 2015?

Well it will need to be at least 20 a month until July or August when the E175 deliveries are done. Whether the CRJ hiring will start tapering off I don't know. I've moved up around 30 numbers since August, so there is a little attrition going on too.

The attrition is key - without it things go stagnant and without quick upgrades or a promise of movement to mainline people aren't overly happy to jump at the bit. I feel this is part of the reason everyone was screaming last summer than the sky was falling, but sure enough the "pilot shortage" seemed to be short lived...I can't wait to see if folks can staff moving forward, but I personally feel that with the exception of the folks who pay pennies, everyone else will staff "ok" this coming year.

If someone has a feb class, should they be worried about it being cancelled or displaced?

Cancelling a class because they can't hire enough? Reminds me of a popular bar that no one goes to anymore.................... because it is always too crowded.
