Guaranteed a job at AA with no interview.

Hmm...and if the person doesn't have a 4-year college degree, then what? He's stuck at Envoy forever and cannot flow?

No 4 year degree needed. Not sure where you got that.

Thought a 4-year degree was required in order to fly for any major airline?

No degree required for ENV or PDT flow to AA and they have been hiring everyone at PSA that interviews without a degree as well. AA does not care about the degree like Delta does. If you go to Envoy, PDT, or PSA you will end up at AA if you choose to go.

Most of the legandary pilots from the golden era of airlines did not have college degrees, it has never made anyone a better pilot. It is still a good idea to get a degree (in something other than aviation) for your own good but the days of it being required are about to be over in my opinion.
