Talked to a rep today highlights follows: Isom was straightforward during the meeting answering questions quickly and comfortably. Hashimoto was much more guarded and cagy. The company admitted that they expected attrition to slow or stop after the TA and it hasn't and they are "concerned". Someone at the meeting admitted that they have intentionally been putting us through the wringer for the last 18 months essentially toying with us since the no vote. PSA training is at capacity and cannot increase hiring or training anymore therefore the only new flying they will get is being pushed out into the future. The OT and hotel LOA has been approved. New scheduling software has been paid for and is being implemented for future schedules. CDO's may be going away. iPad talks continue and the company wants them at PSA and Piedmont as well this is slowing implementation down. 4g connectivity to have releases available paperless. Fabregas was sent to HQ after the meeting to go over ideas about staffing and attrition with Hashimoto.

PSA is still going to be taking delivery of 3 aircraft per month, so yes they will continue to have an increase in flying. Nothing is being pushed out into the future, other than the completion of the CRJ7 transfer due to the additional 24 CRJ9 coming online.

Air101 don't get your *** in an uproar, no one said PSA is shutting down, so take a Valium and settle down.

We did not need AAG management admit they have been dI cking with envoy, now they have a real problem on there hands, no one wants to stay here and no one wants to come here.

They get scared if envoy start getting people. Because that means PSA hiring will be slowing down. You don't want that if you just got hired at PSA, so full KOOL aid for the NH.

Let's be real, PSA is growing so much and too fast for what they really can do. AAG just want to keep that illusion as long as they can...

If you actually read what he wrote, he said new flying not scheduled flying.

He's saying that no more additional aircraft would be added over and above current deliveries because PSA is already at max capacity, they can't take on any more.

I'm really happy you guys are growing so much, mainline is losing 30 airplanes and -400+ pilots in 2015.

haha. Told ya. If there is ANY good news for envoy, the kids are going to freak out. The success at places like PSA, TSA, and Mesa depends on other airlines, like envoy and Xjet, continuing to bleed. Any signs of life and they need to come on here and try to squash it quickly. Unfortunately for them, both airlines will continue to survive. envoy is already rounding the corner. If they want to come on our threads then I will continue to enjoy rubbing it in when their estimated upgrade times begin to stagnate.

Well you were. What did I say that was bull, for you relax and that AAG has a problem of keeping pilots or even hiring pilots at envoy.

I don't think it is contrary to anything. You read what you wanted to see and got scared kiddo. Like the others said - chill homie. PSA is still getting everything they were promised. AAG was just reinforcing that they weren't able to give anymore, AT THIS TIME. It wasn't meant as a dig on PSA. It was meant to let envoy know that they do have a plan for at least 25 E-175 options to be given to them, eventually.
Really, there is more than that, but I would be giving too much away.
Bottom line: settle down. You are fine. However, pilfering pilots from envoy to PSA will slow. If you are mad about that, you are a scumbag.
