If that's what you need to say to convince yourself that your flying is safe. But the courts haven't exactly been very nice to unions lately. I suggest you read the TSA contract and try and determine a logical way that GoJets could've been created, because you can't.

this is more of a Chautauqua buying Shuttle America kind of thing instead of Hulas's creation of an entirely separate company.
if they're smart, the Pinnacle alpa will welcome the colgan pilots in with open arms. it's hard to whipsaw a single union flying both certificates

GOjet was a different deal altogether. People went to that new airline KNOWING that they were hurting TSA pilots. 9L pilots are coming to pcl corp with their own flying, planes, and codeshares. THey won't be bidding or underbidding PCL's flying becuase they can't............period. PCL pilots are protected under their scope and the saabs can't do it. They bought us cheap, we work for cheap, and we make money. PCL is going to either get rich off of both of us, or use that money to grow both companies.
I'd love to see you compare a 9L pilot to a gojet pilot in person. YOu'd get a whole new definition to the term scab. It would be the scab that you are picking off of your face after some good ole boy 1900 captain bashes you. Know your terms man, pilots on both sides make are stuck in this, and they make their living doing it. Neither pilot group will take that comment too lightly.
