Skedplus doesn't show training as a ratio of block or credit. You're paid training pay which IIRC is 60 hours a month. If you do the math I credited an average of 100 a month with an average of low 70's of block. That was due to all the stand ups I did.

20% credit over block is perfectly reasonable and conservative. You would actually have to try to get it much lower than 15%, ie bid all high-efficiency 70/90 seat trips which would be a good strategy if you want max time off at home.

That too I just don't think its a good idea to plan on your year 1 credit being much over a 1000. The first two months only pay 60 hours each.

My preference was max time at home since CRJ ORD during last summer was loaded with 4hr locals. You end up only getting 12ish days off a month due to low paying trips.
