I wouldn't get too wrapped around the axle about upgrades. Right now, the industry is changing fast. If you're not able to get a quick upgrade, figure what else you can do to put on your resume to look better for your next job.

this is dumb...choose Base Location and QOL

As I said in my initial post, I am not basing any part of my decision on what airplane each company flies. I was simply interested to see what peoples' thoughts are on each airframe. That's all.

Eh its a toss up between both companies and airplanes.
You'll do less mental work on the 145 but you'll work for Hulas.
Go where you don't have to commute....if you're moving for the job come here and I'll smack you.
