Actually it you'd be a Captain on it if hired now in 15 years. Considering you can old FO 330 PHL after just over a year.

The wide body orders and the retirements upcoming is going to be interesting for anyone hired at American over the next 5 years.

Most junior 330 FO in PHL was hired 4.5 years ago in the new bid that just closed.

In CLT it was a '99 hire.

Highly doubtful you'll hold 777 CA in 15 years. Maybe 20. Maybe. If you want to be bottom RSV. You'll have to climb about 14,000 numbers as the most junior AA CA on it is around #1,000.

Do you work here?

Didn't want PHL reserve...
Maybe he was goofed up. Anyone.. it's going to be a good future for many new hires at American.

Or somewhere...

Good news for PDT. Also an amazing story about Prinster and Hogg.

An early 2013 hire would still be 200 numbers away.

Get in while the gettin's good, you don't want to be behind 3,000+ new hires!

I'll come back to this statement in a few years and see how everyone faired. My bet, it's not so rosey at the end of this tunnel

If the retirement age stays the same we will be pretty damn rosey. Just look at the numbers as US Airways and American were by far the most senior airlines and tons are walking out the door over the next 10 years.
