A20's are great. Worth the dough.
I used the Uflymike for 9 years, and they were great, but the A20 is in another league... Especially with the latest Bluetooth revision .

Some people love CAs and some hate them due to the feeling of the wire band and the earpulgs in your ears.

After going through foam earplugs for a while, I had a hearing aid store make some custom ear molds to replace the stock foam pieces. They do not seal as well to your ears and allow more noise in, but they are much more comfortable. You can clean them off with some hand wipes. CA says not to do this, but it worked out fine for me.
FWIW, I have some custom ear pieces from Avery Sound and the seal is much better than the stock tips or any earplug I have ever tried. As a matter of fact, the noise attenuation is better than any electronic headset that I've tried.
