That makes sense. Since when has it become less helpful for long term career goals to be PIC in any airplane? Flow through may be great but at the end of the day, getting experience as Pilot in Command is worthy of hire anywhere, including American Airlines.

Yeah, PIC not TPIC 121, something that would have been preventable. United doesn't care if is turbine or piston, they just want PIC.

Also they where saying the average on time is 8,000tt/5,000PIC.

I don't know why this is even an argument. Your career plans are your own. People job hop all the time for various reasons, none of which are anyone's business including United.
