I love it when people who have no idea what the 1st Amendment says claim "my First Amendment rights."

There isn't a company in the world where EVERY employee is happy. There will always be issues and gripes. That has nothing at all to do with being an idiot and shooting yourself in the foot. People need to take responsibility for their ridiculously childish actions and grow up.
