$43 to sit in the right seat isn't too bad! Even if it takes a year or 2 to upgrade

Cqfo because if you go dec that means you're scum. PSA is just that. Just saying.

There is not one regional airline better than PSA right now. Just accept the truth and move on. That may not always be the case but it is today.

Good Luck!

For someone with no 121 time, I'd say Piedmont is probably the best opportunity to go get a job with right now. All things considered.

All I can say is haha. PSA is old news. With your outlook on the industry you'd make a terrible stock broker. Remember, buy high and sell low.

Old news with 70 more airplanes to arrive in the next 2 years. The only thing old is your crusty underwear. :p

Is that also a 100% guarantee? Say you can't staff those 70 planes, think the mainline partner will just let you keep getting flying because they like you?

Well, we only need another 500 or so pilots to staff AAG's end number. Our classes have waiting lists, and no other regional is really filling classes at a similar rate. That being said if I were new to 121 PSA wouldn't be my first choice, It'd be PDT.

Remember back in 2013 when every single person on this website guaranteed us that AAG was gonna put 1 900 on our certificate just to cap us? How did that work out? Or how about the "you guys can never staff 30 new acft PSA is going to fold." We have since taken delivery of ~35.

PSA has it's issues but so does every regional, and as I said it wouldn't be my first choice of regionals as a 0 time guy in his 20s but there really aren't many alternatives offering anything better.

If PSA can't staff them then nobody can staff them, its that simple.

If your a zero time 121 guy I would not be looking at PSA right now. There will not be enough movement for you. I would look at PDT, Compass and Skywest. Possibly Endevour if you live in base. Also Envoy may become a decent place, but management needs to address several issues.

If you already have 121 time and can get hired as a DEC PSA may be an option, but understand that you will continue to be bypassed on the Captains list as FOs hired before you continue to upgrade.

CQFO I understand why that airline is doing it, but I am not sure I would want to work for that company at all.

That is the promise. But some cracks are starting to show.
