Just curious what people are deciding

I honestly don't know that TSA CQFO is a good deal at this point. The growth is half over and without attrition the most junior new hire who could hold captain has already been hired.

Staying where I am and waiting it out. These programs often work out badly for those involved.

Now Dec and cqfo is just a way for them to be able to staff the right seat. If they didn't offer decs or cqfo nobody would show up for class.

Me too. I think you'll see more high time FOs getting on at majors in the next year or 2. Why start over. Enjoy the seniority and QOL

I think Tsa will always be a revolving door, definitely the shortest upgrades.

Cqfo because if you go dec that means you're scum. PSA is just that. Just saying.

Not at Tsa at least. I guess PSA still has people show up for a regular FO position?
