You seem a little late to the party if you are asking this question now. How does passage of the TA change anything?

Because if it were to fail(it won't), his upgrade time would become practically never.

Do all you NO voters seriously think holding out for better is going to do you good? It's been 8 YEARS. 8. With no changes. Hope you're ready for a few more if this doesn't pass. And/or for the company to go under, so we'll all be on the street. I voted no the last go around. We've all seen how long the process takes. Most of us are just tired of waiting, and honestly I think this is the best we're going to get. It isn't terrible. This is not mainline, be realistic. I vote yes.

That's what management was hoping for.

No, management wants you to vote no. Then we'll continue with the current dismal contract indefinitely, they declare bankruptcy since we can't staff our flying, and they have their golden parachutes. Sometimes I swear the lifers can't see the forest for the trees. With all due respect...take the money and run.

They will also declare bankruptcy in 12 months after you vote yes also. Mot is a catch 22 for you but they will file BK, that's a forgone conclusion.

Way to just give up. Do you quit that easily on everything else?

For those of you who are much smarter than I am... how do you think investors will react to a yes vote?

I'm guessing positively as this is a last ditch effort to stay afloat by bringing in new hires. But is it going to hurt the bottom line too much that investors aren't very excited? The price has been pretty flat for the last month so I'm looking forward to some action.

Just an outsider looking in and interested in the stock

I think it will pop. I have held on, but I bought around 50k in the low 3's using my slush fund money. To date it's been my best performer. I wouldn't purchase anything now, personally, could go either way. I'd be happy to sell in the upper 8's or low 9's, I think it's a $10-$12 stock long term, before it tanked it had hit $15.
