Like the other day when my ERJ broke and they switched it to a CRJ flight (after I was at the airport and at the a/c getting ATIS...etc.). What do they tell me??? "It isn't a Mx Cancellation, it is an Equipment Downgrade". It felt like a Seinfeld episode.... "No pay for you!

I got so sick of not being listed that I got in the habit of calling CT to complain...3 minutes after they shut the door! "Sorry, I didn't have my cell phone" "Oh, you don't have a spare FO at that outstation? Bummer..."

I've played that one....Unfortuantly this was at the outstation. I was supposed to take the first flight out this morning....evidently the plane never made it last night due to Mx, but istead they repo'd in a CRJ. If I had missed it, I would have missed the next 3 or 4 legs of flying I had scheduled for the day. As it turned out, I did anyway, but I wanted to get the flying, so I called them and reminded them how to do their job.
