Reserve Times - Current and Projected

I know much depends on what base you get assigned, so let's assume most jr. for the purposes of this thread.

What is the current and projected reserve time for your airline at the most junior base?

Thanks!

This is literally impossible to project.

For any regional new hire at this time, reserve times should be so low as to be negligible unless you're talking about some super-senior Boutique domicile.

Still on reserve at Horizon after 10 months in Portland, would still be on reserve in any base.

Definitely an important thought. Also when you sit reserve you tend to make less money... Envoy I know reserve time is years at the moment. Hopefully that changes for them, but right now that is the case. SkyWest unless you're continually moving bases until you get the coveted base of your choice on the west coast (or IAH) you should be a line holder or composite line holder very very quickly. Those are really the only two specifically I know anything about at the moment. I'm curious what reserve time is at Endeavor. I know their pay just shot up. Like-wise Republic. Anyone from those places have any info on reserve time for wondering minds?

Unless you are 175.... 60% reserve in base in ORD right now. Should change by May though

Republic is is Low at the moment I've been told due to their lack of pilots. Know some people that went there recently and the longest one waited almost 2 months that's excellent others about a month. Endeavor I'm not sure about but heard its longer they have a nice deal tho outside of this. Compass is approx 1 month now I know that for sure. Definitely will have a line by 2 months. I've heard envoy is super long from friends there as well and again with this industry you just gotta roll the dice and hope for the best because everything can change by the time you get here. Goodluck

Thanks for the correction. Yeah CRJ is where my statement holds true. E-175 is way over staffed in ORD at the moment.
