It's that time of year! Haven't seen a thread like this started, and it may be good use for someone trying to plan a ski trip (like myself)..
So does anyone know some of the resorts that offer airline employee discounts? I know Breckenridge does as long as you have something that says United on your badge.
Someone told me there's a place in CA you get 75% off on a lift ticket. Can't figure out where-totally forget what they told me. I'm looking to go somewhere end of the month but can't afford a $150 ticket lol

There is/was a resort in Utah that gives anyone with a boarding pass a free lift ticket for the day. Can't remember the name, of course. I'll ask around.
Edit: it used to be Park City but they are no longer running that promotion. Snowbird will give free lift tickets if you have an Alaska Airlines boarding pass though.

To be honest I can't remember. It was just before Christmas and only a 1/4 of the mountain was open. They give you like an ID badge and connect a credit card to it, so whenever you go back all you do is wear that badge and have them scan it at the lift.

Headed to Park City in a few days.(which is now owned by Vail) Called there and they said that any properties owned by Vail (which is actually quite a few, you can find them all online) offers airline discounts for you and one guest. $64 per day and have to get it at the window. I believe he said you have to work at an airline that serves Denver and they have a list of airlines.
