I’ve been lurking on here for a while now but had to make an account after this. This was my last straw. Management finally gave us a pilot contract knowing they were going to file bankruptcy and be able to change the terms. Time to start looking at other airlines. I’ve heard the majors like Allegiant, Spirit, and Frontier have just dropped their hours!

What is funny of all this is like Toon said, contract with better pay and now nothing,IMO is not a pilot shortage or bad economics, is a combination of the Delta lawsuit, and not wanting to recognize labor....I think ...!!!

As someone who endured the PinnaColAba mess my advice would be to seriously consider going to another regional that is hiring like crazy or any LCC/Major if you can. If your under five years on property and don't live in base I think it's a no brainer. No matter how well the bankruptcy goes there most likely will still be contraction and stagnation. Couple that with the fact that other pilots are now going to steer clear of RAH its not a good equation. If you really don't want to leave RAH try and get into the training department and "hide out" until clearer skies prevail.

Things are better at Endeavor but it took us a long time to get here and as with any other situation, your mileage may vary. Best of luck and if any of you have questions about Endeavor's past, present, future, PM and I promise not to sugar coat anything.

Has anybody been watching the stock? I'm thinking about picking up some shares if I can find a good entry in the next month or so. Support levels are at 85 and 60 cents, will see if those break.

That could be a falling dagger at this point. Might cut you if you tried to catch it.

$160,000 in your first 3 years at Endeavor. Hundreds of pilots already waiting to flow to Delta in the coming years. Hundreds more with guaranteed interview rights. Enough said. Shouldn't have to be said again, but like always, RAH is still a great choice, go there and not Endeavor

labor cost and benefits are always the most expensive expensive at any company. Mass employees are expendable. I hate that it is like that it is what it is. Any wise pilot would be at least thinking about plan B. I fly for a different regional But I consider you guys brothers and hopes ... no prays it works out for you.

Go to Skywest, that will be where the growth is and will be. They treat people with respect and pay them as they should. Ungrades will be almost as fast over there as anywhere else. They have great training and great procedures that insure you are safe and chances of a violation are much lower than other places. When you go for an interview at a major, you will have respect the minute you walk in, ask anyone. In this environment there is no reason to go to the likes of Gojet, or Republic. There will be more bankruptcies coming and you don't want to be there then, it is not pretty, been there. Good luck to all.
