You all forget I'm a 6 year regional fo not by choice, commuting from a previous base.
I get it, but the Pac is the only thing that's going to prevent all of us from having no career at all in 15 year. You'd be begging for your little sub contractor job back when your digging holes.

More importantly, why won't ALPA pick a fight that (1) they can WIN and (2) will improve the lives of ALL of its members? Why is ALPA not demonstrating the same fervor and using the same resources (that they are wasting on NAI), to get us out of the ridiculous and antiquated Railway Labor Act?
You want to talk about "unfair" practices? Let's talk about the way airline managements have unfairly used the RLA to stall contract negotiations for up to a decade for some pilot groups, knowing that their employees hands are tied and negotiating positions are severely limited. THAT,..... is a PAC that I could get behind!
Until ALPA starts fighting for the regionals,....... they shouldn't be begging for money from the regionals.

Here's a question: Why does ALPA see it as THEIR job to fight NAI? Why don't we just leave it up to mainline airline management to fight "unfair" competition? A.P.A, S.W.P.A., A.F.A., and others don't appear to give two schits about NAI. Why does ALPA have their shorts in such a bunch over this.

The ALPA PAC is AFL/CIO.
Why not cut out the middleman (middleperson, sorry) and donate directly to the Democratic National Committee.
Their carbon tax they say is needed to save the world will hurt you way more than NAI.
