Yes. Do they still require old hires (ie upgrades) to enter a new contract when they do training or is it just new-hires?
If you upgrade and switch planes yes.

Frontier has one. Although I'm sure most that go to fly for these companies do so with the thought that they won't be leaving within a year or two.

Are they calling it a "Training Contract" or a "Promissory Note".
Important legal distinction you need to understand before you decide to just walk away.

Most are promissory notes with the employer playing the role of a bank. It's even harder to break those types of agreements
