Piedmont and PSA are both higher than envoy, so that chart is completely wrong. I suspect many others are wrong, too.

How does that chart have Envoy with a 25k bonus?? All 3 WO'd AAG regionals have the same bonus structure.

Also, Piedmont's pay rate is right up at or above PSA and Envoy's for the first year.

Uh...it isn't a "salary".

Given that newhires will be on training pay until they're released to the line (2 months? 3 months? More?), those first year pay estimates are....just a bit off.

PSA pilots make more during training than they do when they hit the line. (75 hours a month during training plus 24 hour per diem for the entire time that they are in training)

Also, reserve times matter. If you get a line within 1 year, you can potentially make more money as a line holder than on reserve.

There are lots of factors.

I think a lot of airlines now start you off making normal guarantee right from day one. PSA and others also include continuous per diem during training as well so you'll actually make more in training than you will on the line as a reserve...
