Help for a friend please.

What are the flow rates to American right now for the wholly owned aag. I'm wondering for a friend who is looking to get into the regionals with somewhat of a checkered past. Or would endeavor or another be a better option.

Municipal bonds Ted, I'm talking AAA ratings!

With any significant background issues, I would go to a wholly owned AA regional. Any other option would trigger the need to interview and that may not be in favor of your friend in most cases. He can stay put until he "flows" and still apply elsewhere.

I can't wait to see what the average AA pilot looks like in 15-20 years. Really gonna be a sterling member of the profession I'm sure.

I was recently one of 5 Envoy applicants; all offered pre-offers but I don't believe all received conditional offers. A week later, while at the drug test another applicant came right from his interview where he was one of 10 applicants. He indicated just 3 where offered pre-offers. All this to say Envoy has a selection process and not all applicants are accepted. Once the pilot flows he/she still is required to pass training at American. I respectfully disagree, American is not going to be a dumping ground for pilots with questionable histories.

There are other regionals that take all applicants, regardless of record and where they end up is a more accurate criticism.

What is the difference between a pre-offer and conditional offer? Do you fill out the pria paperwork during the interview and do they request 141 records. Just curious why so many get weeded out AFTER the interview. And how many pilots out there have some kind of legit criminal record?!
