You could take 50 a month? How many are being added to the seniority list each month? How many are in the new hire classes each month?
If you post the wrong info, I will post the seniority lists for you. Please be accurate to the people looking for jobs and don't lie.

This. I have had to bite my tongue for 8 years. Can't wait to say "Thanks Trump" to everything. Sucks being a 2%er in aviation (not a neocon). Can't imagine those who aren't white males stuck in a cockpit with someone who won't **** about politics.

I would say not at this time, nothing has really happened yet. If the new president in any way starts screwing with the economy, ripping up trade deals, etc., then we could see some slowdown in hiring at all carriers. Remember just how sensitive our industry is to business travel and bumps in the economy. If the "anti-regulation" president decides to roll back on: age 65, FAR 117, ATP rule, we could definitely also see a slowdown in hiring. A rollback of the ATP rule would certainly also rollback all of the new regional bonuses and compensation gains we have recently seen-supply and demand.
You can bet that the airlines will be knocking on doors to get regulation relief now that they have a more "business friendly" administration.
The new president is also not union friendly. Any small chance of a strike before is certainly impossible now. Even if approved, he'd certainly order pilots back to work as other presidents have. But I'm sure all in this industry who voted for him thought about all this before they cast their ballot. We'll just have to see what happens in a year or so.
Exacty but us genius pilots always vote for Presidents that go against our best interests.
We forget that we belong to a union work force and like to vote the anti union white guy in office.

We had a virtual zero chance of striking before. A zero chance now isn't a big deal to me. What is is the fact that a President Trump is 100 times better than a President Clinton (another one). This economy needs some real growth, not the same old tired policies that give anemic growth at best. We may be a union dominated industry and he may be anti-union but this job is not all I am. I fully believe he will provide a much better outcome than Hillary would have and that Obama has. What does Trump being white man have to do with it, by the way?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't hiring usually slow over the holidays? Training dept instructors want the holidays off, newhires will usually wait until an early January class date, understaffed companies might rather put instructors online to help with staffing during a high volume time, etc. For example, my company has only run one December newhire class the past two years, instead of the normal two per month.
