Not bad. Relatively basic IFR knowledge and some of the typical HR stuff "why Republic?", etc. Know basics of a Jepp approach plate. TAF and METAR

Trust me, they want you in the pipeline. No gotchas.

Yeah was not bad at all. HR questions were a breeze. METAR and TAF were not as crazy as everyone made it out to be.

For anyone curious, here's the timing on my process joining the cadet program

Applied 11/15/21

Offered interview 12/15/21

Interviewed (zoom) 1/3/22

COE offered 1/7/22

And most importantly, merch arrived 1/20/22

Are you at a Republic School? or do they have "cadet program schools"?

How many hours did you have? Reduced ATP?

They do not have "cadet schools". Anyone can apply. Must have commercial and less than 1000 hours if you'll need 1500. If you are R-ATP eligible only need IR and less than 700. I had 185 at time of applying. R-ATP 1000 eligible.

Has anyone recently been through the Rjet republic cadet interview process? Can you tell me how long the selection process is? And do you get notified either way or just if you get through? Thanks
