Yes. It was very relaxed and consisted of HR and an IFR technical portion and a written exam. Republic was my no. 1 so I wanted my best game. Definitely take it seriously, it's the full interview and the full offer if you pass. I heard a rumor that people didn't get offers because they didn't take it seriously. It's honestly exactly what they tell you to prepare.

@pilotnicco

Hey do you mind sharing how many hours you had when you applied ?

Once you get a offer, how long until it expires if you do not accept it?

What are you expected to do until your reach 1500; update your logbook weekly, CBT training, etc etc ?

How long until you knew if you got accepted? I just had the interview and said I would know by tommrow.

I think they took around a week to get back, but then again mine was over the holidays. I've heard they're reasonably quick about it. Best of luck! You'll love it!

I think I had like 600 or so if I remember? It doesn't expire, I believe it's good indefinitely but don't quote me on that. If you have questions you should email a recruiter, I think they have the email on the website that discusses the cadet program.

Thanks! I believe it went well, did you answer any questions incorrectly? Also do you know how many they interviewed vs hired

Also about how long did your interview last? Mine was around 35 min total including the written. HR asked a few questions and then a pilot asked a few, read metar and briefed an approach. The written was straight forward, I was surprised they didn't want the camera on when I took it.

Thanks I'm just nervous on how I did
