Default Training Contract?

I had originally posted this in the Endeavor forum but am now wondering about Republic.

There is no training contract (or other type of employment contract) of any kind, correct? Meaning a new hire is not expected to pay back expenses of any kind (training, travel, etc.) if they quit during or immediately after training (even before or during OE), correct?

Also... How does pay work during training? Bi-weekly? How soon does the first check come during training? Also, is per diem issued in a separate check/payment?

Do bonuses have to be paid back if a new hire quits before completion of OE?

Thanks.

The only contract there is would be the sign on bonus. Either you stay for 2 years or you pay it back, prorated. And yes they will ask for it back if you leave early.

You’re welcome. As far as training pay, someone else will have to answer since I’ve heard it’s changed since I went through.

No idea about new hire pay, but I’ve been told they will pressure you to take bonus. If you plan on leaving before contract expires, save the bonus. Sounds like they are enforcing the contract. Of course with the pay Endeavor is getting 17k wouldn’t be very hard to pay off.

If you quit before IOE you may still have to repay the bonus. They have a contract you sign for the bonus, so maybe find a copy.

On the line per-diem is payed on the mid month pay check. Not sure about new hire training.
