Yeah, management came into our GRS (MD), he essentially said we aren’t having any trouble hiring, the problem is the lack of CA’s.
Said there’s somewhere in the neighborhood of 130 ish FO’s with the mins but not upgrading for one reason or another.
He was not optimistic about CA staffing this summer….and of course, that doesn’t exactly motivate FO’s to jump into that mess when they can get hired out of here without PIC time now.
