Be careful about overreacting to rumors, especially one as flimsy as this. You won't last long in this industry if you do.

Just kinda has me scratching my head about my RAH decision at moment. I love the contract at RAH, but just seems like there are building questions about what’s going on and potentially an overstaffed situation.... welcome to Regionals huh, nothing is for certain I suppose. I think I’m gonna go interview at SW and see how their Kool-aide tastes.😜
Enjoy the CRJs and No union over there.

I heard from a lady in the grocery store this morning that RAH was getting CRJs.

Nobody knows what's happening, Delta said they want to shrink to three regionals, each flying both CRJs/ERJs. This plan has been on and off 100 times already.

I guess we'll just do it live!
I feel you, in the same boat too. Still hoping for the Compass purchase (tongue in cheek, pipe dream). Seems like picking a regional is like playing the lotto, seems like all the good regionals were yesterday's dogs.

So since we’re speculating, allow me to speculate on the speculation.

Since G7 flies for UA and DL, are we getting their flying and a larger ORD presence and a DEN crew base? When B.B. made his meet and greet at my indoc, he did say there are aircraft coming off contract in DEN. It could explain the level of hiring they’re doing. That being said, I don’t wish anything bad upon any pilot group, and I’m also just spitballing.

Hahah. Glad to be of service ;p

I just hope I can get my one ASE approach to minimums so I can scare the living crap out of myself and then never fly west of Kansas again.

That's kind of funny, all of my buddies never want to fly east of Kansas! Of course I counter with "you want the first time you go to O'Hare or LGA to be when you get to the majors"?

Hotel van driver in ATL confirmed the rumor this morning. Also three new west coast bases (TYR, MOT, and STL).
