I honestly don’t see the point of such a page other than giving the company ammunition for future disciplinary actions. If anyone would bother leafing through the employee manual, there’s literally an entire chapter stating that posting stuff like that on a public forum is verboten and grounds for termination. I’d tread lightly, we’re just expendable liabilities. 😳😳

This whole thing is odd! Were not even in section 6 yet, so why escalate with the company? Basically they posted a page to like on Facebook, that shows problems at Republic. Why is the NC doing this now?
Btw I’m told this was approved by the union attorney. I think it’s legal, but way to early with the current information available.

Yeah apparently the point is to broadcast the “truth” to the ENTIRE Facebook public on how YX treats their pilots. I don’t believe this can be Union endorsed and there is no way this is 100 percent legal. Defaming ANY company publicly has legal consequences that may cost you your job. I’d stay away from that page.

Supposedly it is NC approved. I see a lawsuit coming if it truly was union approved.

The whole thing is so ironic considering the union’s latest social media centered PDU. Maybe they should practice what they preach.
