Depends when you are interviewed during the week would be my guess. My interview was on a Tuesday(the first day of conducting interviews)and I got a call right after lunch Wednesday the next day.

The short and correct answer is when the recruiting department gets to it. Call back times have ranged wildly and it is directly correalted to how busy they are. Some people get an offer within a day, others wait over a week or two. Same goes for a TBNT email.

Any time you’re sitting for an interview for a professional job, a suit is the expectation. There are always one or two that show up without one, and those one or two always stand out like a sore thumb. Additionally, It’s a bit insulting to the talent acquisition team. Sorry for the rant - it’s not necessarily directed at you, but I am frequently amazed.

Had my interview in the beginning of Dec and they haven’t gotten back to me yet. Was told I’d get a call the next day or so by my HR rep but here we are a week and a half later with nothing

This is sadly fairly standard. They over-promise and under-deliver. It's honestly the worst part about the whole process here, and I'm not sure they realize how unprofessional it comes across. Thankfully everything else couldn't be more different once you're on property.
