Hiring
Just had a phone screen the other day, and scheduled for the in person interview in Indy next week. Anyone have any rough idea the percentage of people they interview, and actually offer a job to? Trying to gauge my chances, fairly standard flying resume for a ~1500 hour pilot, about 300 hours cabin class piston twin time as well as a bachelors degree are probably my strengths on my resume

I have two good friends at GoJet, flying short legs (thanks to the 550's artificial weight restriction) for min credit and getting 12 days off every month. Junior manning like crazy right now (a HUGE QOL hit that good contracts prevent) and running guys into the ground. Meanwhile, the junior lineholder at YX is crediting 82 hours with 15 days off in August. Not all airlines are created equal.
