It's good that Republic isn't making people wait until March or April for a class date. They have been working hard to beef up the training program to achieve their goal of 90+ newhires a month. That's why a sim in Dallas was added and I believe they stopped doing in-house ATP-CTP. They don't want a repeat of late 2019 when they paid trainees 75 hrs/month to sit at home for 4+ months because of training delays.
I don't know much about Endeavors training but according to their Facebook page, it looks like classes are only about 12-15 students at a time. I imagine that's a big reason as to why classes are so delayed.

Info told to us today by Flight Ops:
Training department being beefed up big time
Planning for 1300-1400 new hires over the next 12 months
No plans for any new bases opening (or re-opening)
Our current operating limitations center around staffing - especially on the FA side of things.
A year from now, they’re hoping they’ll be in position to accept new airplanes for new flying. Currently they’re literally having to turn down flying from a couple of our codeshare partners.

I know some senior captains that I never thought would leave with interviews at DL and UA.

LOL "making people wait" - What would you like them to do? OO is doing 250-320 new hires a month for the foreseeable future. Using sims in SLC, DEN, ATL and CVG. Only so much time in a day.
