I would think anyone who is a CJO holder now, wouldn't have to worry about it. Not likely to change much till we get close to integration and / or merging the certificates. That's likel to take quite a while.

I had this same exact thought roll through my head as well. Timing of all of this sure is going to raise speculation.

JO is good as gone, pretty sure the rest of the team at Mesa was a big fan of this to aid getting him out.

Hopefully. JO would be toxic for you all. It’s a weird merger. It just buys you pilots and some FA’s. United owns the entire Mesa fleet now. I’d assume the training center will close and consolidate to IND.

For those who are relatively new to the industry (6 years) when does integration generally take place? When would you start to see former Mesa pilots in the training center getting integrated? Not until Q4?

One thing to consider is that Mesa has pilots on furlough. Once the merger is approved those pilots would have to be brought back before any new hires.
