Just get in whomever calls first. Get your time and get out. That said, there are a few regionals that can be a decent career themselves, especially if you live in base. Take the first upgrade and start getting PIC hours. The competition at legacies will be harder than just fogging a mirror like during the perfect storm of 2022-2023. You also have lots of guys from places like spirit looking for lifeboats, so just having 2000+ hours, 100-300 multi and annATP with no type or 121 time isn’t the most competitive right now. So, put GoJet, Commutair and Piedmont on your radar as more likely to have fewer high time applicants. Skywest, Envoy, PSA, and Republic are going to be grabbing all the proven 121 guys for a while outside their pipeline programs.

applied to everyone of them, talked to them at conventions….crickets. I’ll head the corporate/fractional/medevac/charter route instead of waiting around from a regional.
