Default Getting into recruiting

Hey everyone! I have my class date scheduled for September 16th, obviously my main and sole focus will be on completing training and OE. I was just curious what that process is like for getting into the recruiting department as a potential interviewer?

I have some experience in the field, I conducted all of the interviews for my flight school and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Get off probation by making it 1 year and wait for the email asking for applications. Pretty simple.

Kinda a weird question actually…. Hi, I’m trying to get my first airline pilot job, haven’t even started yet, but can I get a shot at this ground job??

Focus on finishing training, we hire pilots that we see as our future captains. If you want an HR job, let somebody who wants to be a pilot have your spot and apply for an HR job.

Just FYI the recruiting department is one of the most difficult jobs to get into. There are a lot of applications and it is basically more who you know then what qualifications you bring. When at Republic I was not able to get into the Recruiting department despite my good looks and charming personality.
