Lawsuit heard next month. This is the quiet before the storm. Union is still working on the legalities of the bonus, though apparently some have been issued. I wouldn't cash those checks if you got one.

Long time lurker and now a 1st time poster so please take it easy on me for starters. Too much BS on the internal board and didn't want to get flamed so am going anonymous here.
Someone forwarded me a link to a department of labor page where union financials are kept. They are called LM2's and I've been trying to make some sense of ours for the 357. All I can find is one for 747 which is kind of scary. Maybe just typo because it seems to have 357 related information.
Organization Query Page (Disclosure) and search for file# 540-115
Does anyone know if the Frontier pilot dues since the demise of FAPA are included in the cash receipts? If not then I hope they are soon because the report shows we have $405,000 in bank which doesnt seem like to much with all the law suits and stuff going on. If I am reading it right it looks like $443,000 of our money was sent on flight pay loss which I guess is to cover the time and efforts spent working towards a new CBA and fighting other issues with management, right? It also looks like we spent $132,000 on legal services for contract negotiations last year. I'm not sure what we got for that so far but I guess it will all be worth it when we finally get the contract we all deserve. anyway its all just a bunch of numbers to me but mayeb someone who understands this stuff better can help me understand were all the dollars go.
