I have F9 only, and zeds via website above. So it's a little more convoluted than previously stated.

Some guys have privileges on multiple carriers, some guys have nothing except the useless F9 privileges (yes useless) even if you live in the hub.

Also, while you can bid for specific days off, the company does not honor days off bid in a RSV bid. So if you are on RSV, you get the schedule and days off the company feels like handing out. And yes we have 5-6 year FOs still on RSV.
Almost. We also still have ZED's through ID90; quite a few in fact. Alaska, Emirates...to name a few. You can go on and look at the list on the website. Check your PM's.

Dude there have been guys leaving Asa for RAH the past 3-6 months...

I don't get it ? I guess they like being broke.

As for days off. I average 17-18, but I bid number 1 or 2 in base. If you are 50% or lower in base, expect 11 days off. As previously mentioned, some bases have such crappy trips that very one gets 12 off.

Probably chasing that quick upgrade with all the aircraft they have on order.

Min guarantee is 75 hours and you'll never see anything below that if holding a line. The company aims for 82.

Just F9 (for now) and US Air (which we now have to pay for) if you're in a US Air base. No United benefits unless on the Q400 (rumor has it that might change though)

We have a commuter clause: You may use twice in 6 months, must have listed and checked in for two flights getting in before show time, and if you use it, you still have to continue to try commuting to wherever they need you.

Sick policy is "non-punitive", but if you call in sick too many times you get fired. (8 in a year)

Unless you live in one of our 'stable' bases, I just wouldn't recommend this place.
CHQ 145 has UA bennies if youre in one of the bases that has a UA overnighter

Republic has close to 2500 pilots, these aircraft will not make a quick upgrade. Compass had one guys leave, but he lived in IND, and would have an OK schedule, I guess. I just remember 0500 shows and 2330 release times, and that sucks!

outsider looking in-my push crew told me there friends at CHQ told them that RAH is going to roll CHQ into Shuttle or Republic, so my question is, is it true or just a vicious rumor?

Actually, "min guarantee" is adjusted for trip trades, etc....so if you have an awarded line worth 85 hours, you do some trades that reduce your schedule's value to 80 hours, your new "adjusted guarantee" is 70 hours. Then, if a trip goes sideways with cancellations, you'll only be protected to 70 hours.

This happens often.

Rumor. Here's why:

Management has a very very well documented and lengthy record of over-promising. Just think about Midwest, Frontier, EFBs, S5-RW certificate merger, Frontier sale, UAL Q-400 smooth transition, etc..

Stay tuned for the AA 175 flying circus fiasco.

There are a few people in management that can get things done. However, they are task saturated and unlikely to pursue this merger unless we've already committed to it and the deadline was three weeks ago.
