Default Republic CA Pay rates

Hey Republic CAs. Are the posted CA pay scales on APC correct for 175s? It shows the 175 paying the same as the 190. Thanks

Yup. Do you really expect to be paid more to fly more people?

I was told that APC is wrong and the 175 is paid at the 170 rate.

APC wrong? lol I find it interesting they've never added/updated the Q400 rates.

I was told they got 50 seat payrates (E145) for 70+ seat aircraft (Q400).

The 175 is paid more than the 170 on the Republic cert but the same on the Shuttle side. This is due to the contract being based on installed seats. 60-78 and then 79-99. The Republic cert 175s have 80 seats installed and I believe there are no Shuttle 175s with more than 76 seats. The 190 is 99 seats (even though some have 100 but one seat is marked inoperable) so it is the same pay rate as the 175 for Republic CAs.

They are currently the same as the 145 (50-seater rate). This was imposed by the company with a complete disregard for the contract. The union is currently waiting on arbitration to settle this grievance.

I truly wish you the best of luck but history with the Revs not on your side.

It's best for us all that you get good rates.

I'm not sure who's doing the updates on APC but they're not doing a very good job. Even SkyWest payrates are 2 years old.

I'm sure they're still pretty crappy. No offense!

I'm working on the SKW rates. If somebody wants to send me the correct RAH rates, I'll do those too.
