Yes, the last sentence was a dead giveaway. Regardless of what is in the LBFO which is really a threat, to claim EVERY pilot you've talked to (unless it was one or two) is voting only one way or the other is absurd. The beginning was a nice rendition of myopic utopia and in fact almost sent me into a diabetic coma and he'd have made it a little longer if he didn't pole-vault into such a ridiculous claim at the end.

I guess RAH management is even having tough times finding internet minions and stooges to butter their biscuits nowadays.

Anything Ive ever read on this forum has been garbo or bad advice. I don't have anything to do with management. I have no doubt that Bedford is a crook. You guys act like your execs aren't the same way. Maybe they don't have 10ba houses but I will blame that on the fact you have a fleet of 30 CRJs that are 2 flights away from heading to the boneyard or trash 8s. Go back to your 20 something an hour pay and keep your negativity.

I say just a few goods things with my experience at republic and throw so positive vibes out with the possibility of a new contract and you guys jump me like your Legacy carrier pilots. In reality you guys are bitter, washed up regional pilots for life. gtfo

I'm sure youre right. There will always be the 15% of pilots that are going to vote no regardless. On the flip side there are probably 15% that are always going to vote yes. I never said the vote will pass 100% yes. I've just heard a lot of positivity.

I understand what you are saying and some of the responses to you were unnecessarily harsh, however, when you tell people that everyone on the corporate side has been nothing but nice and helpful and friendly with you, you should understand how that pegs the BS-o-meter of many of us who did any appreciable amount of time in service to the Reverend.

Coming from someone with so few posts and a recent join date, you perfectly fit the profile of what Rush Limbaugh calls a "seminar caller"...a fake person used to attempt to influence opinion with a fake position. JUST the type of tactic for which RAH is famous.

I'd glad that your experience has been good, but to say something like that is not indicative of the typical RAH experience, as evidenced by the many FOs who have left without even a minute of TPIC time.

Lashing out doesn't help, either.

If you enjoy rah that's great. I personally haven't had a terrible experience here either besides being paid well below the industry. Please just remember who you are working for and the atrocities they commit when not kept in check. Spousal surcharge for health insurance, "a pilot", "a seat", "scheduled", punitive sick and fatigued, rising health cost, etc. Look at every work rule enhancement in the lbfo and there is a way that it can be negated.

Hearing "a lot of postive" comments is NOT the same as claiming EVERY pilot you've talked to is voting yes.

You have an agenda my friend, pure and simple.

If you are this thin skinned, you will never make it in the airlines my friend.

I don't think that I said anything harsh to MrERJ unless complimenting his writing is considered harsh.

What I said was that each of the items he brought up has nothing to do with the quality of the proposed contract. I stand by my observations. MrERJ was comparing apples with enemas.

The contract proposal sucks. It increases the wages of new hires and it locks in the captains to a wage of $50000 a year + below market value for the next 10 years.

The 10k bump may sound great to a guy making 30k a year but over the next 7 years he will be down about 180k assuming 3 years as an FO and 4 as a captain.

Lets try this (warning - NE sarcasm coming -warning) take the market rate contract, and promise the company that in years 4 to 7 you will give the company back the extra 50k per year. I promise the company will be "super friendly" and all your questions will be answered! (end of sarcasm).

He doesn't enjoy RAH. Just 2 weeks ago he was posting in the Trans States forum asking if he bailed on RAH, would they come after him for the bonus he got. Lol. This guy isn't even here a year and is scrambling for the door. Now they are gonna offer a few more bucks and this guy is all for it. Of course he is.

MrERJ: you're new here so maybe this won't compute, but I'm going to ask anyways.

That company you grew to despise enough to consider leaving just 2 weeks ago for Trans States, do you really think THAT place is going to honor some contract THEY wrote? C'mon man, use your head. It's garbage and you know it.
