2.6 Million with 10 bathrooms. But yeah cut your cable and don't drink so much coffee. These guys are way overvalued.
So what? If you made that kind of scratch, you'd probably have a similar house. As for the hypocrisy, you would also be a hypocrite if you were a wealthy Christian.

He runs an airline and the pilots sometimes wear hats.....pretty impressive in my book.

Isn't Allegiant saving enough by cutting corners with maintenance and pilot compensation to advertise on that side of the page --->
like everyone else? ?

I get it, your google biblical searching is good. One must read between the lines of our Lords teachings though.

Someone that has been through more recently can chime in, but block off 2 months of your life for training. Indoc/Systems is about a month, then figure two weeks to go through sim, plus 1-2 weeks of IOE on the line.

You are required to get 25 hours of IOE. I fly with quite a few check airmen and I'm hearing that a lot of guys are getting 50+ hours of IOE. A typical 4-day trip is somewhere around 20-22 hours, so you can back out the number of days it'll take you to finish IOE on your own.

Indoc/systems in IND, Sim in STL (although very occasionally CVG, MCO are used). IOE will be out of your initial base which will be bid upon during ground school.

Prior to installing or applying any updates which have a material change to the functionality of the software, the Company and the Union shall meet to try to reach a consensus on the change.
( ***...this is the exact language that the guys at Alegiant are fighting)
If the Company considers adoption of a replacement system to FLiCA or Crew Trac, the Union may participate in the evaluation and selection of the system although the Company retains final authority to select a particular system.

The affected Pilot will be required to remain with the Aircraft and operate it back to his Base, Maintenance Base, or a Hub, under the following stipulations:
Read these stipulations...
18hrs after the scheduled flight cancels you would be responisble for flying this aircraft into your day of anywhere they want you to. Holy Shnikes...

Just read this section...N. Involuntarily Scheduled Into a Day Off

You are a line pilot, not a baby sitter for company property. BTW my day off is not worth 150% especially when they can keep me up to 18 hrs at their discression.
That's chump change.

They didn't fire the captain who would have had to have let her fly if it was true. If they don't find a reason then after 6 weeks they just fire you anyway. The first indication that they are going to fire you is when your medical coverage is taken away and the prescriptions can't be filled.
I've heard of that stuff on the Gojet side. I've had to take medical leave at TSA before and the Chief Pilots were great. Only had to pay my normal monthly payment while out on medical leave with no limitation. As long as I am on a medical or workers comp leave they pay their portion. So my information is very current as I still work there......
