BB did exactly what he set out to do, he allowed the ranks to shrink to a level that would allow him to get his 50%+1. Looks like he likely won, and the pilot group is likely to accept this concessionary contract, because they are tired, beat up and stuck on 2007 rates if they don't.

I wonder if they will keep the $12,500 bonus and no training contract.

I'm not a fan of a lot of this ta, but it is far from concessionary.

Quote: I know you guys need something to sign to survive, but 75% deadhead pay and 35% contributions to PPO medical plans will end up costing you dearly.
While 75% it well below average, the 35% is where the market is going. The AAG WO started the trend to dramatically increase employee contributions.

As far as ppo's go, our commander in chief ruined that.; someone's gotta pay for lazy people who don't wanna work and the cheap labor's(illegals)healthcare(that be us).
This boy is a solid YES.

That's an overgeneralization of the problem. Don't forget about the employers adding mostly part time jobs, a trend and abuse of "independent contractor" classifications, and general decimation of the middle class. Ever try to self insure? I did and if I would've had a serious illness or accident I would've quadrupled my debt.

Haha, sure.
Anyway, this boy is a SOLID YES.

So basically no changes to the LLBFO. And on top of that it's not one that your NC would have ever approved. The NC that was fighting for all the things the pilot group had asked for in all those surveys. Sounds like a real winner.

You were a solid YES on the concessionary TA in 2014, so we already knew that...meh..

Why don't you reread the whole thing ( not just article 3 or 28) and count the number of times the word discretion is in this TA (as in "at the company's discretion")...and then think back to how many times this company has used loose language to murder the QOL for pilots. Now ask yourself "Did I lose anything or is it all gains?"

Still think it is far from concessionary? If you do than Im guessing you were 1 of the 189 in 2014.
