Would any Republic pilots care to offer the cliff notes version of this TA?

I saw the pay scale and that's about it (Of course there is more to a contract than just pay scale).

From what I've read (remember this is from an anonymous person posting on the internet) here is what it looks like:

Concessions on RSV rules and Vacation. There is a % increase in PDOs (time off for Vacation AND sick time) but the cost of using it is more than the % raise.

Most work rules are just FAR117 with added Trip/Duty rigs that are ALMOST worthless....unless you fly the 145.

Pay is about $10 more each year than current book (cept for 175 Cpts it's like $2 raise) With First Year pay at $40

Legacy Insurance Policy is being phased out but there is a % cap on rate increases....not sure how good it is.

24 Month seat lock for FOs (was permanent lock) but that's completely worthless as Q's are being parked now and the 145s will go as soon as bankruptcy is over

Small signing bonus, plus another bonus 12 months after signing (again probably worthless as BK will nullify new CBA)

Added Holiday: Super Bowl Sunday

No C-Series Pay Rates

This is info from reading the RAH Website, so again I don't guarantee accuracy as I am not a lawyer and do not play one on TV either

Not accurate. It is called a Fee For Departure industry for a reason.
no departure, no fee.

Seems to me, no matter the language of the contract, Republic is always gonna be Republic. A fish stinks from the head down. As soon as Air Wisconsin or ASA/XJT matches the first year pay why would anyone go to Republic?

I'm interested to hear some opinions on this...

Assuming Republic TA is hypothetically ratified, if presented with a FO CJO at Skywest and Republic, which would you choose?

If you had to live in Denver for family considerations, how would that affect your decision?

Even without the Denver factor, Skywest by a mile.

Here is a little advice from someone who commuted to Republic's Northeastern outstation bases and terrible schedules from "out west:" Don't even think about trying it.

Uh for the love of god do not come to RAH if you live in DEN. Skywest by a mile if you can get DEN in a reasonable time(don't know if that is a senior base there. Or go to Trans states I think they have a den base too. Being home based makes this job soooo much better! The few dollars an hour more that RAH MIGHT offer is is no way worth the commute.
